Samsung just got a little present of happiness earlier today by receiving a temporary halt to the ban that Apple put on Samsung's Galaxy Nexus. Judge Koh gave this temporary halt while waiting on Apple's response to this subject. Apple is supposed to give their response on the subject July 12th. This stop lets Samsung resume the sales of the Galaxy Nexus on the Google Play store. These six days may not be a large amount of time, however this gives Samsung some time to sell the Nexus before there are more definitive decisions made on the ban. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus still shows up as coming soon on the Google Play store, but we hope Google comes up with a work around for the patent and put that into a Jelly Bean update. This work around may come soon and put the Nexus back onto shelves and into the Play store. Want more information on the result of Apple's latest patent war?
